The General Assembly has authorized the Office of Administration to transfer up to $750 million in federal funds from the State
Emergency Management Federal Stimulus Fund to the General Revenue Fund for cash-flow assistance. These transferred funds must be repaid to the
State Emergency Management Federal Stimulus Fund. The Office of Administration transferred $250 million in May 2020. The Office of
Administration repaid the $250 million in December 2020, plus $200,111 in earned interest in February 2021.
