OUR OFFICES
The Missouri State Auditor's Office is located in Jefferson
City with branch offices in St. Louis, Kansas City, and Springfield. In
Jefferson City, Missouri, our office is located in Suite 880 on the eighth floor
of the Truman State Office Building. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00

HOW TO APPLY
In order to be considered for employment, the Missouri
State Auditor's Office requires that prospective employees submit an
application, resume, and all college transcripts. Your application will be on
file for 6 months. Please fill out the application completely, print, sign, and mail

THE HIRING PROCESS
The Missouri State Auditor's Office recruits prospective employees from all colleges and universities offering accounting programs in the state. We interview each year on state college campuses. Following the interviews, selected candidates are invited to the office in Jefferson City for a more in-depth interview. Offers of employment are usually made after the
second interview, and candidates are given an adequate amount of time to consider the offer. This entire procedure allows both the prospective employee and the State Auditor's Office to get to know each other so a mutually beneficial decision can be made.
