The overall TIF Plan is an irregular area generally bounded by Central Street & Baltimore Ave on the west, 10th/11th/12th Streets on the north, Oak/McGee/Walnut Streets on the east and the south right of way of I-35/Truman Rd on the south Proj Area 13 encompasses the property located on the NW corner of 12th St & Walnut St & Proj Area 14 includes 25,271 sq. ft. on the 3rd Fl of the Town Pavillion Bldg.
The project proposed the renovation of a total 84,271 sq. ft. of office space in the existing Boley Bldg & adjacent space in theTown Pavillion Building for Andrews McMeel Universal.
