Redevelopment Area is located within the City of Perryville and is on and around the courthose square in the City's downtown area. The redevelopment Area consists of approximately 54 acrees generally bounded on the northeast by Grand Ave. on the northwest
The City intends to use TIF Revenues to fund grants to various property owners for rehabilitation and stabilization of commercial buildings in the Redevelopment Area.
